Amundi Asset Management initiates GPR 250 with Asia in D+1 Net Index.

Global Property Research (GPR) proudly announces the launch of the GPR 250 with Asia in D+1 Net Index. The GPR 250 with Asia in D+1 Net Index is a customized index created and maintained by GPR and is used for a product managed by Amundi Asset Management.

Characteristics of the GPR 250 with Asia in D+1 Net Index:

  • The GPR 250 with Asia in D+1 Net Index is based on the GPR 250 Index, and therefor the same methodology      and rules are applied;
  • The index is constructed on a total return basis, where dividends are calculated net of withholding taxes;
  • In the index calculation for Africa, Americas and Europe closing prices on time D are used where for Asia and Oceania closing prices on time D+1 are used.
  • The index is calculated in euro and has an inception date of 1 October 2014;
